The art of slipware is a fun and direct way of making decorative pottery. Traditional slipware plays on the liquid slip revealing and concealing the red clay body or surface. Students will use a variety of and throwing and hand building methods to explore a range of decorative slip techniques that are then usually finished with a clear glaze.
Materials: All materials, glazing and firing included in the course fee.
