Meditation and mindfulness drawing and painting course with Jezella Pigott
Tuesdays 1pm-3pm. 10 sessions starting Tuesday April 20th
Mindful, creative practice is a 10 week course using drawing and painting alongside guided meditations and breathing techniques.
This course will help you to incorporate mindfulness into your creative practice. You will explore drawing and painting through observation, nature, music and poetry.
Mark making and exploring colour will enhance well-being and expand the imagination.
Each week will have a theme to help centre the drawing/painting you will be creating for that session.
