Sunningwell School of Art has been providing visual arts tuition to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in the region for 48 years. The school has plans to develop its range of courses and expand its outreach activity. For this, we need funding over and above income from student enrolment fees.

Trusts and Foundations

We actively seek support from trusts and foundations to help us deliver our charitable objectives. In the past we have received grants from the Doris Field Charitable Trust, Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, The Pilkington Trust and Vale of the White Horse, for projects and activities such as International Sculpture Day and IT upgrades. To discuss how you can support our work please contact Sophie Ruggiero at or on 01865 730442.

Sunningwell students are very loyal to the school with many attending classes here for a decade or more. Making a will represents one of the most personal statements you will make about what has been important in your life. After you’ve looked after your family and friends, you could let art be your legacy by leaving a gift to Sunningwell School of Art. To find out more click here.

Our students are at the heart of the art school and many choose to spend time outside of classes, helping keep the place running smoothly by volunteering. For find out more click here.
