An experiential two-day course enjoying expressive drawing and painting using a range of materials and surfaces and working from various sources including outdoors if weather permits! Also working from moving images and still life. All levels welcome, including beginners.

Through guided experimentation, students will learn to cultivate looser mark making techniques and a deeper understanding of the potential of a range of materials.

Drawing from the techniques used and experience gained during the first day and a half, students will create a more sustained painting on canvas to be completed on the second day.

Suitable for anyone willing to experiment.
